Collecting over 14 years experience within Four Seasons and Marriott Hotels, working within hotels is enjoyable and familiar while the same 5-star philosophies can also be integrated to advise Owners of destination and day spas.
Ms. Stein (photo) is the Founder and Director of Jari Menari Massage and Training Center in Bali, Indonesia.
She retains her position as a partner in Osmosis Enzyme Bath and Massage in Sonoma County, California.
Ms. Stein is a Certified Massage Practitioner and member of Esalen Massage Bodyworkers Association (EMBA) and assists in Esalen Certification Programs offered annually in Bali by entrusted Esalen Teachers and Practitioners.
Project Development Services include:
- Architectural and Design Review: Review architectural drawing to insure design is operationally functional and complimentary to the service menu
- Service Menu Planning; Developing a concept for the spa menu that is enticing and practical to implement
- Staff Training; Working with Senior Staff or Staff new to massage to introduce choreography of services and “quality of touch” into all treatments
- Operational Purchasing Assistance: Creating accurate purchasing lists for fixtures, furniture, equipment and operational goods
- Developing Service Menus complimentary to the Concept Brief
- Designing Choreography of Services: insuring treatments are delivered to Guests with style and grace
- Refresher Training Classes: Successful spas continue training and reviewing sequences and introducing modalities with on-going classes every 4 months
Understanding or creating clear, concise project briefs is a mandatory first step in development projects so as ‘visionary magicians’ we can ask you questions and assist in documenting concepts with obtainable goals.
Using our extensive experiences in hotel management, spa development projects and skills training, we bring a unique and realistic prospective to projects.
Furthermore we will dedicate time and energy to train all Departments within the hotel in how to integrate and promote spa services.
