"I have discovered within myself a passion for teaching.
After many exciting years of travel, managing hotels, studying
body work
and leading development teams through openings spas in various
countries,
I find that teaching is a gift I want to share with others.
I find that educating, managing and training people
Through skill development and knowledge transfer training sessions
Offers me a sense of accomplishment, personal satisfaction and
joy.
In America, we call it right livelihood,
doing what you believe in and offering your gifts to others.
My first professional management responsibilities
began with Four Seasons Hotel.
Then I lead a team through the opening of a unique
spa
in Northern California and assisting in
directing its growth and development for the next six years.
The spa continues to expand and annual sales continually
exceeding a million dollars
As the Pre-opening General Manager and Spa Specialist
for Mandara Spas over 10 facilities were opened and
the growth of an International Company began in Bali.
Aggressive budgets and targeted sales goals were met and surpassed.
A 95% employee retention ratio was achieved and
a 50% profit margin retained.
In Bali, I am continually intrigued and inspired
by the
teachings of Balinese and Indonesian
friends who share with me the knowledge of their traditions,
customs and cultures
Directing Jari Menari we are able to work as ' visionary magicians',
assisting Managers and Owners in having their visions become reality
and continually achieve profit goals between 78-92%
I love working in a fast paced, multi cultural
environment.

of spas.
