Our Project Development, Consulting and Spa Training services are flexible with assistance available for short term and long term projects.

After the initial site inspection, together we assess a Clients needs and custom design realistic and cost effective programs.
Initial concept and design planning can begin up to 24 months before training is needed. Reviewing architectural plans and working with professional Architects we train and educate them on operational needs while leaving aesthetics and designs in their capable hands

Individual project time lines do not always make it feasible to train Staff on site.

To meet this need, Jari Menari opened a new training facility in Bali. The 120-square meter training room comfortably holds 20 employees for classroom and practical trainings. On site dining and lounging facilities are available plus actual Guest Service rooms.
There is currently high demand for Indonesian Massage Practitioners overseas. The Training Center in Bali can be utilized for classes prior to relocation assignments
Training Staff can be organized on site. Training also must continue after opening. It is essential and highly recommended refresher courses are repeated every 4-6 months to insure standards are maintained. Maintaining a long term vision, new modalities can be introduced as skills are mastered.

Individually designed training can happen concurrently for those with Management skills that are new to Spa Management.
